0.3 released, sound FX re-enabled

A new version has been released - version 0.3, now with Sound Effects! I was able to re-enable them as I think I managed to figure out what the issue was and so far in my testing, the scrolling issues haven't occured again.

It can be downloaded from the temporary non-nesdev compo page.

I'm not sure how much further I'll take this version of the game - it does pretty much everything I wanted it to for the compo now and although there's lots more I could add, I'm not sure how far I want to make this version stray from the original, and how much I would rather put in to a new title. We will see!
